Richard Nahin, PhD, MPH
Richard Nahin trained in basic neuroscience, epi., and clinical trials. As a senior
scientist at the NIH National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine,
he has been involved with the design and implementation of trials assessing a wide
range of non-pharmacologic interventions (NPI) including acupuncture, diets, meditation,
massage therapy and yoga. Dr. Nahin has also chaired NIH workshops on clinical trials
of NPI.
